  OUR 20th SUCCESSFUL YEAR

Over the years, our affiliates have shared thousands of Success Stories like these.

MESSAGE TO EXISTING CLB'S: Many of you have expressed to us your willingness to share your positive experiences and feelings with prospective CLBs, but your busy schedule doesn't allow time to answer the many calls.  One way to accomplish this is to contact any Senior Loan Officer and share your successes here on our web page.
1.  Bud P., Citrus Heights, CA -  Has been affiliated with us since 1997. Before he joined our organization he was the Senior Vice President of Operations at a major department store chain.  His most recent deal closed was a residential loan for $780,000. Bud focuses on high end residential and commercial real estate.
2.  Peter G., West Roxbury, MA - Has been affiliated with us since 1996. Before joining our organization he was, and still is an attorney at law. His most recent closing was a Residential Construction loan for $690,000 for a first time homebuyer.
3.  Todd M., Lapeer, MI - Has been affiliated with us since 2001.  Before he joined our organization he has owned various businesses over the last 12 years and he is also a real estate investor.  Todd recently closed two loans for one client for a total of $1,600,000.  These were office and office warehouse properties.  His primary focus is on commercial and residential lending.
4.  Fred L., San Antonio, TX -  Has been affiliated with us since 2001. Before he joined our organization he was a financial planner/adviser.  His most recent closing was a Residential refinance for $900,000.
5.  Tony L., Foundation Mortgage, has been a Certified Loan Broker since 1993. He has decided to keep his full-time job as an engineer while his wife handles all of the paperwork on the loans that they originate.  They currently focus their efforts on funding 1st and 2nd mortgages for residential homes.  They say that they are currently closing 8-10 loans per month between the two of them.
The above success stories were shared with our Senior Loan Officers by actual CLB affiliates.  These success stories and many more are open to inspection at our company headquarters in Los Angeles.  The above should not be construed as earnings projections since any new business is dependent on the time and dedication you invest to make it succeed.

Many states require licensing for residential mortgage transactions. Though LCI's customer representatives will assist with applications and any other requirements, customers are ultimately responsible for meeting any applicable state's licensing requirements. Contact one of our customer representatives for written details in your state.
