Andrea K. Is a former
Stock Broker from Philadelphia, PA and recently completed
training as a Business Finance Consultant. Although she
had no previous loan experience Andrea has already closed her
first deal. The $130,000 Rehab loan on a mixed-use
property earned her a 3% commission. Now that she has
gotten her feet wet, she is going after the big fish.
Her next two deals will total over $100 million in loan
amounts. They include a $40 million condo construction
deal and $70 million construction / equipment lease package
for the new Westin Hotel in Philadelphia's upscale Society
Hill, for which she has four lenders interested. |

Phil T. has been
continuously funding deals since he attended training in April
of 1999. As a residential mortgage broker, Phil saw
some pretty good years but wanted to expand into business and
commercial financing to make his company "rate
proof". He recently completed a $29,000 equipment
lease for a pet cemetery. He has also closed a $2.7
million deal on a retail office building in San Francisco's
historic district. Phil earned over 2% commission on
the deal, but also says that he felt a senses of satisfaction
at being able to provide financing to save a historic building
that would have otherwise been demolished. |

Marty Y. has also seen
great success since becoming a Business Finance Consultant
early in 1999. This one-time professional football
prospect and former stock broker has found a niche for himself
in commercial equipment leasing industry. Over the past
year and a half, Marty was so successful in getting deals
done that he began to work towards becoming a funding source
himself. Recently, Marty made the jump from broker to
funding source and he now underwrites, discounts and funds his
own equipment lease deals. |
