Specialised sectors of the finance and lease industry with

following a long career in the Police Service R.D. trained as
a BFC in July - He quickly had a deal offered to him from a
Large PLC company in Scotland to purchase a new warehouse for
over £400,000 owing to some financial difficulties the client
was not able to obtain an offer of a mortgage - with special
knowledge and lender relationships R.D. was able to make two
loan offers to this client for the full funding requirement
within three weeks of the proposal - This transaction is about
to complete. |

for over 12 years as leasing consultants - following training
as a BFC and with marketing advice from out Senior Loan
Officers they have now developed many new opportunities
expanding their business into three new areas of finance and
